Dear All,
We have now received over 50 participants for the Indian Subcontinent Preconference Symposium. The Symposium is on Thursday July 27, 2017.
I will request all to please send me their details in the attached form. We will get more information from the conference organisers for the registration process.
I also request those of you who have agreed for a free paper presentation in the symposium to send us the abstracts. They will be reviewed by Dr. Kapre, Dr.Pantavaidya and myself to fit into the symposium
Travel via middle east destinations seem to have two issues- laptop and mobile in checkin and possibly separate immingration process in the port of entry. Air India rates were around 75000 from Balmer & laurie ex Mum/Del to NJ/NY. Onward to boston is a 4-5 hour bus / train ride costing from return USD 50 on the bus to upto 200 USD by air.
Try to get a direct to boston air connection via the continent.

We need to confirm your attendance for the meeting. Please do fill the form in the next two days.
